If Adam and Eve were Chinese,
we would still be in paradise
because they would have ignored the apple and eaten the snake.
만일 아담과 이브가 차이니즈였다면(아니...한국인이었다면),
아직도 천국에 있을것인즉, 사과는 거들떠 보지도 않고 뱀을 먹어 치웠을 테니까.

Stress is when wife is pregnant,
(부인이 임신하면은 근심, 걱정이요)
Tension is when girlfriend is pregnant,

and Panic is when both are pregnant.

[(3) A tap on the driver (운전자 어께치기)]
A passenger in a taxi tapped the driver
on the shoulder to ask him something.
어느 손님이 잠깐 물어보려고 택시 운전사 어께를 살짝 ^ 건드렸든바..
The driver screamed, lost control of the cab,
nearly hit a bus, drove up over the curb
and stopped just inches from a large plate glass window.
갑자기 택시 운전사가 고함을 지르면서,
어느 버스와 충돌 할번 하였고, ...
급히 커브를 전속력으로 돌더니
커다란 유리 진열장 앞에 가까스레 정지하였는바.
For a few moments everything was silent in the cab,
then the driver said,
잠시 적막이 흐른뒤, .. 운전사 왈,
"Please, don't ever do that again.
You scared the daylights out of me.
"제발 다시는 그러지 마시요, 정말 무서웠다구요..!!
The passenger, who was also frightened,
apologized and said he didn'trealize
that a tap on the shoulder could frighten him so much.
손님도 크게 놀란뒤, 정중히 사과 한뒤,
어께 살짝 건드린겄을 왜 그렇게 놀랐는지 이해가 않된다니까,
To which the driver replied,
"I'm sorry, it's really not your fault at all.
택시운전자 왈, 미안 합니다, ..
실은 손님 잘못이 아닙니다..
Today is my first day driving a cab.
I have been driving a hearse for the last 25 years.
"오늘은 택시운전 첫날이지요..
사실은, 지난 25년간 영구차 (장례식)를 몰았지요..
