Dec. 29. 2006. Weather: Sunny
Another day it didn’t snow. And, my mom’s birthday is tomorrow. And I can’t wait! And, we went to a place where you play hockey. We went there because there was a game between the New Jersey Devils and the Washington Capitals. And, the New Jersey Devils won by 4 to 3.
P.S. After the first period, kids big as me did hockey too!
Jan. 18. 2007 Weather: Snowy
There are 2 things special today. 1 thing is that today is Jeffrey’s seventh birthday.
Jeffrey didn’t bring cupcakes but we still got special snack. We got special snack ‘cause we filled out our star chart. Star chart is a chart with stars. There are 2 sides on the star chart. 1 side is the kids and the other is Ms. Yuan. If the kids are quiet, the kids get a star. If the kids are loud, Ms. Yuan gets a star. So the kids filled their side of the chart with stars today and got special snack. And since it snowed today, we had recess in the gym. (Recess is what we have before lunch) And when it was time for lunch, Ms. E saw paper like garbage. So Jeffrey picked it up. And in the cafeteria, Adam, Jeffrey, Luke, Sophia, and I talked about who threw the paper. We tried to think who did, but we couldn’t. So I didn’t finish my lunch and neither did Sophia, Luke, Jeffrey, and Adam. And the other special thing is that it snowed today!! Hooray!! It was a happy day.
P.S. I sang 2 (happy) songs on the bus.
Jan. 20. 2007 Weather: Snowy and Windy
Hooray! It snowed again! Now this is what I call winter. And the best part is that it’s Saturday and Saturdays are weekends and I don’t have to go to school and I only go to Church on Sundays!! (I go to Sunday school on Sundays too) So I went outside and played in the snow.
P.S. The snow melted a lot.
